This includes but is not limited to comments, stories, testimonial submissions, teen reflections, personal narratives, creative writing, artwork, or any form of interactive or participatory content.
Mirror to My Truth is not a therapy service, mental health provider, educational institution, or crisis resource. All user submissions must comply with this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws.

All content is reviewed prior to publication. Mirror to My Truth is not obligated to publish any submitted content and may reject or delete submissions at its sole discretion for violations of this Policy, risks to user safety, legal compliance requirements, content inconsistent with our educational mission, duplicate submissions, or low quality or misleading information. Moderation decisions are final.
Mirror to My Truth does not allow open commenting on posts. All content is screened and curated to maintain a safe and appropriate environment for youth audiences.
By submitting content, you grant Enlighten Mind Body Soul LLC a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute your content in any media now known or developed later. This license allows Mirror to My Truth to publish stories, highlight youth experiences, and share educational messaging across our website, newsletters, and social channels. You retain ownership of your original work. See our Copyright Notice for full details.
Parents and guardians who submit content on behalf of minors affirm that the content is appropriate for publication, the submission does not reveal identifying details about the minor, they consent to the granting of the publication license described in this Policy, and they agree to all terms set forth in this Policy and our Privacy Policy.
Mirror to My Truth is not a crisis hotline, counseling service, therapist, or mental health provider. We cannot review or respond to emergency messages.
