Mirror to My Truth is not a therapist, counselor, crisis service, or mental health provider. Email communications must not be used for emergencies or crisis reporting. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, contact 911 or your local emergency hotline.
Only individuals who are eighteen years of age or older may subscribe directly to any email list. If a minor wishes to receive newsletters, a parent or legal guardian must subscribe on the minor's behalf.
By providing an email address, you affirm that you are either eighteen years of age or older, or a parent or guardian providing consent for a minor. Any subscription found to originate from an unsupervised minor will be deleted.
When subscribing to any email communication, we may collect your email address, first name or display name, IP address and subscription timestamp, preferences selected during sign up, and any additional information voluntarily provided through forms. Emails will never contain mental health assessments, therapy, crisis response, or one to one guidance.
